“Reclaim your calm” is a 3 week audio series course, where you will be guided through various mindfulness based techniques, to support you to better manage your anxiety or overwhelm.
Each week an educational and inspiring audio episode will be released, different themes relating to anxiety and overwhelm. You will also receive some soul work (homework) each week linked to the theme of the audio, so you will be putting what you’ve learnt into practice. I have also created beautiful, soothing guided meditations so you can settle further into moments of calm.
